We are committed to delivering services which support those who use our services to live fulfilled, exciting lives as part of their local community.
To achieve this, we aim to employ local teams of support staff, who are able to make strong links with the local community and are prepared to dedicate time, effort and imagination. Wherever possible, we involve those who are to supported in the selection of the people who will support them. We ensure that our Service Users are supported by staff who are committed to making a positive difference.
We encourage those who use services to choose support staff who share the same interests, wherever possible. All our staff are required to supply 2 references and to have a “The Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)” to ensure we employ appropriate people to deliver support
