Support 2 Independence has a developing outreach service as a direct response to the dividual needs of our clients. The success of our independent living program has lead to more clients feeling equipped to move on to live a more dignified and independent lifestyle along the independence pathway.
We are committed to person centred planning as a way of ensuring our tenants have a say in their future. When tenants begin the independent living programme, they complete a plan for the future, which extends beyond the initial supported housing placement capturing long term ambitions and vision Support 2 Independence has an increasing number of properties at its disposal within the community, all with good access to local facilities.
A mixture of flats, houses and bungalows means we are able to offer community living in a wider variety of settings. All properties are prepared and maintained to the same high standards as all other accommodation.
